- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mass retail hiring campaigns across multiple locations
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and referral programs
- Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet departmental headcount targets
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring for retail
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance requirements
