  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets across all departments
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment specialists
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and sourcing strategies
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings
  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring targets
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing and motivating a recruitment team
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR regulations is a plus
