Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets across all departments
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment specialists
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding hiring targets
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience managing and motivating a recruitment team
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR regulations is a plus
