Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple departments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Design, coordinate, and evaluate employee training programs and development workshops
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and implement data-driven improvements to hiring efficiency
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and skill gaps
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems for recruitment and training data management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment and training experience with managerial exposure
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience designing competency-based training programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
- Certification in HR management or talent acquisition preferred
