We are currently seeking a motivated Recruitment (Workday) Specialist to join our team on a 6‑month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. This role is based in the vibrant Central Region of Singapore and offers a dynamic environment for HR professionals eager to impact talent acquisition.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment activities, leveraging the Workday Recruiting platform to source, screen, and place top talent in a variety of functions. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles using Workday Recruiting.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the HRIS and produce recruitment metrics and reports.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and talent gaps.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with Workday or a similar ATS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS/HRMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
- Experience in a corporate or agency recruitment setting is advantageous.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore is required.
