- Drive sales of premium IOL and refractive solutions through consultative engagement with ophthalmologists and eye care professionals
- Provide in-depth clinical support during refractive procedures in operating theaters
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training sessions for medical teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the ophthalmic community
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry, Medicine, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ophthalmology, refractive surgery, or medical device sales
- Clinical knowledge of refractive procedures and IOL technologies
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work effectively in operating room environments
- Certification in ophthalmic sales or clinical procedures preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
