Join Prima Vista Solutions as a Regional Coordinator and become the backbone of our regional operations in Cirebon. This critical role demands a meticulous professional to orchestrate administrative workflows and ensure seamless operational excellence. You'll be responsible for generating comprehensive regional reports including travel expenses (perdin), overtime records, petty cash disbursements, and performance evaluations for Customer Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) initiatives. Your expertise will drive data-driven decision-making across regional teams while maintaining strict compliance with organizational policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit comprehensive regional operational reports (perdin, overtime, petty cash, CM/PM performance)
- Monitor and reconcile regional financial transactions and petty cash accounts
- Coordinate administrative workflows across regional teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Support regional managers with performance data analysis and reporting
- Implement and maintain documentation systems for regional activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional operations with company objectives
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and financial reporting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative coordination or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail with financial reporting experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
