Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and communications
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Director and senior staff
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and financial documentation
- Monitor and respond to incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
