Tanggung Jawab
- Direct management and strategic oversight of facilities operations across Singapore and Malaysia sites
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, engineering solutions, and facility improvement plans
- Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery to ensure SLA compliance
- Manage facility budgets, capital expenditures, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sustainability standards, and local building codes
- Lead crisis management protocols and emergency response procedures
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and technology integration
- Mentor facilities teams and foster a culture of operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, with 3+ years in regional roles
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site operations across diverse property types
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, HVAC, electrical, and MEP infrastructure
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, RPA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS software and facility management technologies
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages for the region
