Are you a visionary financial leader ready to drive transformative change across the ASEAN region? PERSOL is seeking a dynamic Regional Finance Director (Transformation) to join our global team. In this high-impact role, you will own the financial strategy for the region, spearheading initiatives that redefine our operational excellence and market positioning.
You will act as the primary strategic partner to Global Leadership, guiding the organization through complex M&A integrations and navigating the nuances of the ASEAN business landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial strategy and planning for the ASEAN region, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
- Oversee the integration of M&A activities, from due diligence to post-merger consolidation, maximizing value creation.
- Manage the regional P&L, driving profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Partner directly with the Global CFO and regional executives to provide actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Drive transformation projects, identifying digitalization opportunities and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and international financial reporting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Chartered Accountant (ACCA/CPA) or equivalent professional qualification with a track record of success.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership capacity.
- Proven experience leading M&A transactions and integration processes within the ASEAN region.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling business narratives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling skills.
