Presto Universal Pte. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Finance Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across our regional markets, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and driving strategic financial planning. We are looking for a leader who can optimize processes, manage cash flow, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

As the Regional Finance Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the regional leadership, managing the full financial lifecycle from budgeting and forecasting to financial analysis and audit preparation. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of compliance while identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align with company objectives.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relations, and funding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar Regional Finance Manager or Financial Controller role.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
