PSA BDP is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Finance Manager, Asia Pacific to lead our financial operations across the region. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting (FP&A) process to support strategic business objectives.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal governance standards across all APAC entities.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for headquarters.
- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3-5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA) is required.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and ERP software, specifically SAP.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present it clearly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
