Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process for multiple APAC entities, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Lead the regional budget, forecasting, and strategic planning processes to support business growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to mitigate risk across the region.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, workflows, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, and tax planning strategies to optimize the regional balance sheet.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and decision-support to the regional leadership team.
- Oversee statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance activities across diverse jurisdictions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial control or accounting, with at least 3 years in a regional capacity.
- Proven track record of managing multi-entity finance operations in the APAC market.
- Deep technical knowledge of IFRS, local taxation, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with an agile approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
