We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Financial Controller to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our operations across the North Region. You will lead the regional finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strict compliance with local and international regulations, and strategic financial planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the regional finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end audit process, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
- Drive process automation and efficiency improvements within the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Strong experience in multi-country financial consolidation and management reporting.
- Proven track record of managing audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and financial modeling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
