Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional financial strategies to support the organization's long-term business objectives.
- Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for multiple business units.
- Ensure robust financial reporting and compliance with local statutory requirements and Group international accounting standards.
- Provide strategic insights to the Regional Managing Director regarding investment opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and risk management.
- Oversee regional cash flow management, treasury functions, and capital allocation strategies.
- Drive the digital transformation of financial systems to improve reporting efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams across the region to ensure professional growth and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or ICAEW) is mandatory; an MBA is highly regarded.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in senior finance roles, with at least 5 years at a regional leadership level within an MNC.
- Proven expertise in regional consolidation, tax planning, and treasury management in multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Advanced analytical skills with a strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing diverse, multicultural remote teams.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced financial modeling techniques.
- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent communication skills to influence regional and global stakeholders.
