Tanggung Jawab
- Support the annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes for the ASEAN region.
- Prepare monthly financial performance reports, highlighting key variances and business drivers for management review.
- Collaborate with regional department heads to gather financial data and ensure the accuracy of operational budgets.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and provide commentary on monthly financial results.
- Assist in the preparation of management presentations and business review decks for executive leadership.
- Support the refinement of financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and operational visibility.
- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and standard reporting templates across regional entities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related Business field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex modeling) is essential.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly.
