As our Regional General Manager, you will be the face of Oase Technology Asia in the region, ensuring that our brand remains the market leader in mobile accessories. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Oversee daily operational performance of retail outlets and distribution channels within the Manado region.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of supervisors and store staff to exceed KPI expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and supply chain efficiency to ensure product availability.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to adjust business tactics accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand presentation across all touchpoints.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management regarding regional growth and operational health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably within the consumer electronics or mobile accessories industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPI management and sales reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Resilient, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
