Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to regional leadership, providing expert advice and guidance on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
  • Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Oversee and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Lead change management initiatives, supporting organizational transformation and ensuring effective communication and engagement across the region.
  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures and benefit programs aligned with market trends and company philosophy.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and company HR policies across the regional operations, mitigating risks and promoting a legally sound work environment.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, diagnose organizational issues, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve HR and business outcomes.
  • Champion Celestica’s culture and values, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a positive employee experience across all levels of the organization.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or managerial role, preferably within the manufacturing, electronics, or a similar high-volume industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR across multiple sites or a regional scope, understanding diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations acts, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making data-driven decisions and developing strategic solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and guide HR teams and business leaders.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. Additional regional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and other HR technology platforms.
