Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a high-impact, short-term opportunity? RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Regional HR Executive to join our team on a 3-month contract to provide maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to regional HR operations and support our dynamic team during a key transition period.

As a Regional HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our HR functions. You will be the go-to person for regional personnel queries, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. We offer a competitive salary package, including a completion bonus upon the successful fulfillment of the 3-month contract. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end regional HR administrative support, including leave management, attendance tracking, and employee records.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of company HR policies and regional compliance standards.
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and HR policy interpretation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all personnel data in compliance with PDPA guidelines.
  • Assist the HR Manager with ad-hoc HR projects and reporting as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or executive role, preferably in a regional context.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regional HR practices.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport across different cultures and levels.
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Available to commit to a 3-month contract period starting immediately.
