Are you an experienced HR leader looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth logistics environment? J&T Express is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional HR Manager to join our team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key business partner, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and Administrative operations to ensure organizational excellence and employee satisfaction.

You will be responsible for driving HR strategy, fostering a positive employee culture, and streamlining administrative processes. We are looking for a proactive professional who can navigate complex organizational needs while supporting our workforce's growth and engagement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies that align with company objectives and local labor regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for regional vacancies.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair investigation and resolution of grievances to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Supervise administrative functions and office operations to ensure seamless facility management and workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate performance management programs, including appraisals, KPIs, and professional development planning.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation packages, and payroll data management with high accuracy.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and organizational culture.
  • Provide expert guidance to management on labor laws, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably in logistics or high-volume industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and handle sensitive employee relations matters with discretion.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data management tools for accurate reporting.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset towards business operations.
