Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with business objectives and MNC standards
- Partner with department heads on talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development
- Design and implement employee engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regional HR regulations
- Lead compensation and benefits reviews to maintain market competitiveness
- Drive HR initiatives for leadership development and training program implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in regional management
- Proven expertise in MNC environments with hands-on experience in small set-ups
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and SEA HR regulations
- Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven HR analytics
