Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail/consumer goods leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational KPIs

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with West Java market dynamics and retail landscape
