Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor standardized logistics processes across the Jakarta region
- Lead and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and inventory management
- Coordinate transportation activities, including route optimization, carrier selection, and freight management
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align logistics strategies with business objectives
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service excellence
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in warehouse management and transportation optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Experience implementing process standardization and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
