- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and professional development.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail, construction, or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
