Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all retail operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards in the Bandung area
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and sales performance
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve business objectives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and product availability
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and local business partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of the Bandung market and consumer behavior in the region
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office applications
