Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems across Kalimantan region
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues including server maintenance, network connectivity, and security protocols
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs
- Train end-users on new software implementations, security best practices, and digital workflow optimization
- Coordinate with central IT team to ensure regional compliance with corporate IT policies and disaster recovery plans
- Proactively monitor system health using monitoring tools to prevent potential disruptions
- Manage regional IT assets including procurement, inventory control, and lifecycle management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with regional operational exposure
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Server administration, network troubleshooting, and cloud services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to train non-technical users
- Experience in agribusiness or manufacturing IT environments preferred
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Azure) advantageous
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
