- Design and implement scalable operational systems to support regional MedComms growth across multiple markets
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery efficiency
- Oversee multi-country project execution ensuring alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop data-driven operational strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor operational excellence across the region

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive operations experience with 5+ years in director-level roles
- Proven expertise in scaling operations across multiple countries in healthcare/MedComms sector
- Strong background in process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams and complex international project delivery
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in APAC region
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools, and project management methodologies
- Exceptional leadership skills with track record of developing high-performing teams
