Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries across the Asia-Pacific region
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Act as primary point of contact for client payroll inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for internal stakeholders and clients
- Implement and maintain robust payroll controls and quality assurance procedures
- Stay updated on evolving payroll regulations across jurisdictions
- Train and mentor junior payroll staff on company processes and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of multi-country payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (SAP, Oracle, or ADP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian and Southeast Asian payroll regulations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Professional certification in payroll (e.g., CPP, FPC) is advantageous
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
