Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily payroll operations for multiple clients, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Mentor, train, and supervise a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian regulatory requirements (LHDN) and international payroll standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, handling complex payroll queries and providing strategic insights.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of payroll software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Conduct regular audits and variance analysis to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present detailed payroll reports to management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- CIMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian payroll laws, tax regulations, and social security schemes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
