- Lead and oversee transformation initiatives across Indonesia, ensuring effective delivery, adoption, and sustainability
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to regional cultural contexts
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align transformation initiatives with business objectives
- Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and organizational culture
- Monitor and evaluate transformation outcomes, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement throughout transformation processes
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
- Measure and report on transformation KPIs and ROI to regional leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or transformation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives in financial services or similar complex industries
- Deep understanding of Indonesian business culture and regional dynamics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) or organizational development preferred
- Experience working in matrix organizations and managing virtual teams
