- Develop and implement regional procurement strategies for Mad Monkey Hostels properties across Indonesia
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality of goods and services
- Manage inventory levels across multiple locations to prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding purchasing and procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing management, preferably in hospitality
- Proven track record of negotiating favorable contracts and managing supplier relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems
