We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional QA/QC Manager to join TECO Electric & Machinery in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee quality assurance and control functions across our manufacturing facilities, driving the standardization of QA/QC protocols to ensure compliance with rigorous international standards. You will act as a strategic partner to plant managers, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and leading a team of quality engineers and inspectors to maintain excellence.
Your primary focus will be on minimizing defects, reducing waste, and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC strategies aligned with ISO, IEC, and industry-specific standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections across multiple factories to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conforming products and drive corrective actions to minimize waste.
- Mentor and develop the QA/QC team to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality checks into the manufacturing process (Quality by Design).
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations within all quality processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the electrical machinery or construction sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IEC standards.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a regional capacity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel between sites as required.
