- Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the East Area
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure optimal product availability and merchandising standards across all retail outlets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in consumer products/retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in regional markets
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales forecasting
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in sales software tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the East Java region
