- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for hematology and blood test IVD equipment to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in clinical laboratories and healthcare institutions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless product demonstrations and installations
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows
- Manage international travel (60%) to expand market presence and support global clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regional sales for clinical laboratory equipment
- Proven track record in selling hematology and blood test IVD solutions
- Strong understanding of Singapore healthcare market and regulations
- Ability to travel internationally up to 60% of the time
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder relationships
