Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve KPIs and market share growth
  • Lead, mentor, and manage retail sales teams through performance coaching and training programs
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years in retail sales management with 3+ years in regional leadership roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consumer products or retail sector
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
