Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve KPIs and market share growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage retail sales teams through performance coaching and training programs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in retail sales management with 3+ years in regional leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consumer products or retail sector
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian retail landscape and consumer purchasing behavior
