Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily security operations and personnel across multiple regional locations in Penang.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with company safety policies and protocols.
- Develop and implement robust loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink and security-related risks.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of security officers to maintain high performance and professional standards.
- Manage incident reporting, conduct thorough investigations into security breaches, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to maintain site security.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and security audits for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security management, corporate security, or law enforcement.
- Possess a valid Security License as recognized by Malaysian authorities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a dispersed team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with modern surveillance and security management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational needs.
