Are you a strategic tax professional ready to lead regional compliance initiatives? MCi Career Services is looking for a Regional Tax Manager (APAC) to join their team on an 8-month contract in Seletar. In this pivotal role, you will drive APAC tax advisory and compliance, specifically focusing on transfer pricing, audits, and complex cross-border tax strategies. You will ensure that the organization remains compliant with evolving regional regulations while optimizing tax efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee APAC-wide tax advisory and compliance projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and implement robust transfer pricing documentation and strategies to align with international standards.
- Manage cross-border tax planning to mitigate risks and ensure full compliance with local and regional laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to manage regulatory reviews and audits effectively.
- Provide expert tax guidance to regional business units and senior management regarding complex transactions.
- Monitor changes in local and international tax laws to ensure the organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve tax reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or Law (Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CTA is highly desirable).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Tax Management, Tax Advisory, or Corporate Tax.
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of APAC tax regulations, transfer pricing rules, and cross-border taxation.
- Proven experience in leading tax audits and managing relationships with tax authorities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
