- Lead and manage all treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and risk assessment across the Central Region
- Oversee financial accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely reporting
- Develop and implement robust financial governance frameworks and internal controls
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with organizational objectives
- Manage relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop the treasury and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in treasury and accounting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in treasury and accounting management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing treasury operations and accounting functions in a regional capacity
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring finance professionals
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional teams
