Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive prenatal care and health education to expectant mothers
- Assist in normal deliveries and manage emergency obstetric situations
- Conduct postnatal examinations and offer breastfeeding support
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Perform newborn health assessments and screenings
- Implement infection control protocols and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Registered Midwife license from Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or related field
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in maternity care
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current midwifery practices and protocols
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in emergency situations
