Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Monitor vital signs and document patient responses to interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate seamless patient transitions
- Educate patients/families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Current registration with Malaysian Nursing Board
- Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- CPR certification and basic life support skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literacy for electronic health records
