Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to newborns including vital monitoring, feeding support, and developmental assessments
- Monitor maternal health post-delivery, including wound care, pain management, and emotional support
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately while documenting patient responses
- Educate mothers on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and postpartum recovery
- Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Valid Malaysian Nursing Board registration
- Minimum 1-2 years postnatal or neonatal care experience
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to provide empathetic care
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation abilities
