Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assess the health status of mall employees and customers
- Administer first aid, medications, and emergency medical care as needed
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies within the mall premises
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all incidents and treatments
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and emergency services when necessary
- Educate mall staff and customers on health and safety practices
- Ensure the medical facility is well-stocked, clean, and properly maintained
- Collaborate with mall management on health-related policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
- Experience in customer service or public health is a plus
