Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly patients, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid license to practice in Malaysia
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in elderly care
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care
- Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes
