Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized nursing care to elderly patients with compassion and professionalism
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for elderly residents
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (recognized by Malaysian Nursing Board)
- Current and valid nursing license with Malaysian Nursing Board
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in geriatric or elderly care
- Strong knowledge of elderly health conditions and care protocols
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient confidentiality
