Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate healthcare information and guidance to clients via phone, email, and chat support
- Assist with insurance claims processing and medical documentation verification
- Handle patient inquiries regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all client interactions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex healthcare cases
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on healthcare protocols
- Contribute to process improvements for efficient service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse license (USRN or PHRN)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in computer applications and healthcare software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes
