BG Bros Pharmacy Inc is seeking a dedicated and detailâoriented Registered Pharmacist to join our team in Tarlac City, Tarlac. In this role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring the safe, accurate, and effective dispensing of prescription medications while delivering highâquality counseling to patients and their families.
You will be responsible for verifying prescriptions for accuracy, preparing and labeling medications, and maintaining detailed patient records in compliance with Philippine pharmacy regulations. By collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you will help optimize therapeutic outcomes and contribute to public health initiatives such as immunization campaigns and health screenings.

Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling on dosage, administration, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Maintain precise patient records and ensure compliance with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and other regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to resolve medication-related issues and optimize therapy outcomes.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock ordering, storage, and expiration monitoring.
- Participate in community health programs, outreach activities, and educational campaigns.
- Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Stay current with advances in pharmacology and evolving pharmacy practice standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Registered Pharmacist license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- At least 1â2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Inâdepth knowledge of drug formulations, interactions, and dosing guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing and recordâkeeping.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and continuous professional development.
