Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and validate physician prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and healthcare providers accurately.
- Provide comprehensive drug counseling and health education to patients.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving stock, monitoring levels, and placing orders.
- Ensure full compliance with all local regulations, pharmacy laws, and safety protocols.
- Monitor expiration dates and maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical stock.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient treatment plans.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid Registered Pharmacist license in the Philippines.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosage forms, and potential drug interactions.
- Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly to patients.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
