Kualifikasi
- Valid PRC license as Registered Pharmacist
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from CHED-accredited institution
- 1+ years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management protocols
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
