Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense Medications: Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications while adhering to all local laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies.
- Patient Counseling: Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, explaining dosage, usage, and potential side effects to ensure safe and effective usage.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage pharmaceutical inventory, and place orders for necessary medications and supplies to prevent shortages.
- Health Assessments: Conduct preliminary health screenings and assessments to identify potential health issues and recommend appropriate over-the-counter products or professional referrals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, prescription histories, and inventory logs in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changes in pharmaceutical laws and ensure the pharmacy operates within all regulatory frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Registered Pharmacist (RPh) with a valid license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) degree from an accredited institution.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to minimize errors in medication dispensing.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with pharmacy management software and electronic health record systems.
