Medisafe Technologies is expanding our operations and is looking for a dynamic professional to spearhead the setup and daily operations of our new modern non-sterile compounding pharmacy laboratory. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing a robust operational framework, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, and driving quality excellence within our compounding facility.
As the Pharmacist in charge of the lab setup, you will bridge the gap between clinical needs and pharmaceutical science. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the comprehensive setup and configuration of the non-sterile compounding laboratory, ensuring all equipment, facilities, and utilities meet regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compounding processes to guarantee consistency, safety, and efficacy.
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including strict inventory management of raw materials, excipients, and finished compounded products.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks and batch record reviews to ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and local pharmacy regulations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior pharmacy staff and interns on compounding techniques, aseptic handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with prescribers and the clinical team to ensure compounded prescriptions meet specific patient needs and therapeutic goals.
- Ensure all lab activities are documented accurately in compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian Registered Pharmacist (LDP) license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a compounding pharmacy, community pharmacy, or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of non-sterile compounding techniques, pharmaceutical calculations, and relevant pharmacology.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP), and relevant health authority regulations (e.g., Ministry of Health Malaysia).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and guide a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a steadfast commitment to patient safety and quality control.
