Tanggung Jawab
- Administer rabies and tetanus post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) according to DOH and WHO protocols.
- Provide patient counseling and education on wound care and the importance of completing the vaccination schedule.
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records for patients across both Alaminos and Dagupan branches.
- Collaborate with the medical director to ensure inventory management of vaccines and clinical supplies.
- Monitor and record vital signs and clinical progress of patients undergoing treatment.
- Adhere strictly to infection control policies and safety protocols in a roving clinical environment.
- Assist in the preparation of daily clinical reports and health statistics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; clinical experience in emergency or primary care is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach to healthcare.
- Ability to travel and work effectively between Alaminos and Dagupan (3 days per site).
- Basic knowledge of DOH guidelines regarding animal bite management is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer-based charting and basic administrative reporting.
- Demonstrated reliability, time management skills, and professional integrity.
